Heartbeat have once again collaborated with an Ontario craft brewery, this time from their home town of Thunder Bay. Made with the help of Sleeping Giant Brewery’s award winning Beaver Duck session IPA, this sauce has a boldly pronounced fruitiness and a bright but savoury vibe from start to finish. Expect a very approachable balance of heat and flavour, a Heartbeat signature characteristic!

Fermented in small batches and entirely hand made without the use of thickening agents, preservatives or added water. Bring new life to all your favourite foods both savoury and sweet.

INGREDIENTS: Pineapple, Yellow Bell Pepper, Onion, Distilled Vinegar, Habaneros, Lime Juice, Organic Cane Sugar, Kosher Salt, Garlic, Canola Oil, Ale (Water, Hops, Malted Barley, Yeast)

Probably my all time favourite hot sauce. It's got a light kick but not so much that it takes away from whatever you're putting it on. The sweetness offsets the heat in a good way, it's really a good all rounder. Pizza: check; Hot wings: check; Cheese & crackers: check; Ham sandwiches: check!

Never in a million years would I put pineapple on a pizza... but this sauce? Incredible! Medium heat, quite sweet but with that tang from the pineapple, doesn't work on everything, better on white meat, chicken and pork as a general rule but when you find the right combo it's awesome. Now available in the larger size too! Was featured on Hot Ones with Sean Evans, position 3 in the line-up, season 10 if you want to check it out.
