This version of their original Poirier’s recipe delivers the classic Louisiana flavour you love, with the extra heat you crave! Made with ghost pepper powder from Legendary pepper farmer Smokin' Ed Currie of PuckerButt farms in South Carolina. This sauce has a great sting and pleasant smokey flavour which elevates the vinegar forward Louisiana Style experience.

This sauce is pretty hot! It's not insane BUT the big thing here is it tastes great, a lot of super hot sauces just taste unpleasant, not this one! This is one of our best sellers... especially when selling in person at the markets and shows.
