Creole Maple pays tribute to its Louisiana roots and the tradition of Cajun cuisine with the added twist of some good old Canadian maple syrup! A unique blend of herbs and spices common in traditional Cajun cooking compliment the rich flavour of fermented cayenne pepper. A subtle but sweet finish from the maple syrup combined with the bold heat of Smokin' Ed's ghost peppers lands this sauce right in between our original Louisiana Style and its big brother, the K.O. edition.
