This special edition of Heartbeat's Red Habanero is loaded with real blueberries and made with the help of Forgotten Lake Blueberry Ale from Lake of the Woods Brewery in Canada. Purposely not too sweet! It will taste harmonious with any savoury flavours you might be cooking with (but also pairs well with dessert). Medium heat, stunning colour alongside that signature Heartbeat texture.
Fermented in small batches and entirely hand made without the use of thickening agents, preservatives or added water. Bring new life to all your favourite foods both savoury and sweet.

This sauce is not quite what you expect - you think it would be super sweet but it's really not, it also amplifies the umami-ness of your meat, making things taste meatier. 4 stars because it's pretty mild, if it were a little punchier i would rate higher.
